ERP Systems

Advancing Enterprise Resource Planning Modernization

AITS is working with university business partners to develop our Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy for the future. This program will evaluate current systems and processes, as well as evaluate the product marketplace for what is possible in our next ERP. Over the past year, we have achieved several milestones, including integrating SaaS-friendly solutions into our current portfolio, implementing a SaaS ERP readiness program, engaging in strategic alignment activities, exploring change management, and initiating a technical readiness effort.

Driving Supplier Visibility and Utilization

Refined Diverse Spend Dashboard

The Diverse Spend Dashnoard was updated to increase visibility of available suppliers, reducing system-wide time and cost to evaluate procurement strategies with Business Enterprise Program (BEP) vendors. Utilization of the dashboard has increased to over 700 clicks from 268 users in the relaunch. This is a notable improvement considering the small audience of the dashboard.
